- Directed technical strategy and execution across multi-year engagement with an industry-leading educational institute.
- Led a large cross-functional team (Mobile, DevOps, Middleware, QA) delivering the official cross-platform mobile app and supporting middleware and automation tooling (React Native/C#).
- Architected and drove adoption of a unified React-based design system (Tailwind/Radix), ensuring brand consistency across web properties.
